I love working with the first-time home buyer just starting out on their own; the entrepreneur looking for property to establish his business;  organizations requiring facilities to buy or lease; the busy executive, businessperson or professional that needs to relocate or upgrade; and the more senior adults that want to downsize and/or be closer to the children and grandkids or just find a great place to live. I also enjoy working with those desiring additional properties as investments or are considering selling.  My goals include making your real estate experience as smooth as possible and to minimize stress and risks.

I have training and experience in new home sales, working with seniors, working with veterans and military personal (I've also had military service), buying/selling properties of all types and sizes, including townhouse, multifamily, land, farm and commercial.

In addition, I have a basic understanding of green and sustainability property requirements.
